WashWash may provide an internal wallet for customers and service providers.

Refunds approved under the Refund Policy may be credited to the user's WashWash Wallet.

Wallet balances cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law.

8. Cancellations

Customers and providers may cancel bookings subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

9. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to the WashWash Refund Policy.
