1. Purpose

WashWash is an online marketplace that enables customers to discover, book, and pay for services offered by independent service providers through a secure digital platform.

WashWash provides the technology that facilitates these transactions but does not generally provide the services listed on the platform unless explicitly stated.

2. Acceptance of the Agreement

By using WashWash, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Use the platform responsibly.
• Respect other users.
• Follow all platform policies.

If you do not agree to this Agreement, you must not use WashWash.

3. User Responsibilities

All users agree to:

• Cooperate with investigations when requested.

Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.

• Treat customers respectfully.

Service providers remain solely responsible for the services they offer and perform.

5. Customers

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate booking information.
• Pay all applicable charges.
• Be available during scheduled appointments.
• Treat service providers professionally.
• Provide honest reviews.
• Use the platform in good faith.

6. Payments

Payments made through WashWash may include:

• Service charges
• Platform service fees
• Taxes (where applicable)
• Other disclosed fees

Payments are processed through authorized payment partners.

7. Wallet

Where available, WashWash may provide an internal wallet.

Wallet funds may be used to:

• Pay for bookings
• Receive approved refunds
• Receive promotional credits
• Participate in platform rewards

Wallet balances have no cash value unless otherwise required by law or expressly permitted by WashWash.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Bookings may be cancelled in accordance with the WashWash Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Approved refunds may be credited to the user's WashWash Wallet or processed through another method determined by WashWash.

9. Reviews and Ratings

Users may leave fair and honest reviews based on genuine experiences.

WashWash reserves the right to remove reviews that are:

• False
• Offensive
• Fraudulent
• Misleading
• Spam
• Illegal

10. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Commit fraud.
• Impersonate another person.
• Upload malicious software.
• Abuse the booking system.
• Manipulate reviews.
• Circumvent platform fees.
• Engage in illegal activities.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others.

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, designs, graphics, text, databases, and platform content are the exclusive property of WashWash or its licensors.

Users may not copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written permission.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is collected, processed, and protected in accordance with the WashWash Privacy Policy.

By using the platform, you consent to those practices.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WashWash is not responsible for:

• The quality or outcome of services provided by independent service providers.
• Personal injury or property damage arising from services.
• Delays, interruptions, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount of platform fees paid for the affected booking, unless otherwise required by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WashWash, its affiliates, officers, employees, partners, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the platform.
• Your breach of this Agreement.
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights.
• Any service you provide or receive through the platform.

15. Account Suspension or Termination

WashWash may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time if you:

• Violate this Agreement.
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Abuse the platform.
• Repeatedly receive verified complaints.
• Pose a security or compliance risk.

Where appropriate, WashWash may suspend an account without prior notice to protect users or comply with legal obligations.

16. Force Majeure

WashWash shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, cyberattacks, labor disputes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.

17. Amendments

WashWash may update this Agreement at any time.

Updated versions will be published on the platform with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

18. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where WashWash operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

19. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other published platform policies, constitutes the entire agreement between you and WashWash regarding your use of the platform.
